Advanced Class is held every 3rd Saturday of the Month

Class Time  12:30pm-2pm

Purple Belts and above that are 13 years or older may attend.

In the advance class, we learn anything from how to teach one-steps to where are the pressure points on body.  This class is a must for the higher ranks.
